1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer domestic shipping across Pakistan. For bulk or B2B clients, international shipping may be arranged upon request and agreement.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
     
  • Custom or Large Orders: Processing time depends on design complexity and order volume. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during quotation.
     

Note: Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods

We use reliable courier and cargo services for safe and timely delivery, including:

  • TCS / Leopard Courier / M&P
     
  • Local freight carriers for bulk or heavy equipment
     
  • Customer-arranged pickups (upon request)
     

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Local Deliveries: 2–4 business days after dispatch
     
  • National Deliveries (other provinces): 4–7 business days
     
  • International Deliveries: Time varies based on destination and shipping method
     

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges depend on order size, weight, and destination.
     
  • Shipping cost will be shared during quotation or invoicing.
     
  • Free shipping may be available for select bulk or contract orders (based on agreement).
     

6. Tracking Orders

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide:

  • A tracking number, if applicable
     
  • Courier contact details
     
  • Estimated delivery date
     

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery attempt.
     
  • We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
     
  • If eligible, we will issue a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
     

8. Pickup Option

Customers can request to collect orders directly from our facility in Kohat by prior arrangement.
