  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
     
  • The product has not been installed, used, or tampered with.
     

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Custom-designed components made to client specifications
     
  • Products damaged due to improper use or installation
     
  • Requests made beyond the 7-day window after delivery
     
  • Electrical parts and wiring harnesses that have been unsealed or tested by the customer
     

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

5. Replacements and Repairs

In many cases, we may offer a replacement or repair instead of a refund, especially if the issue is related to a manufacturing defect.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the error is on our side (e.g., wrong or faulty product), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
     
  • If the return is due to customer change of mind or error, the customer will bear the return shipping cost (if return is approved).
