1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales, services, quotations, and deliveries provided by NIJAB PAK MART (SMC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“we,” “us,” “our”) to any client or customer (“you,” “your”). By placing an order or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

We specialize in the design, development, manufacturing, and assembly of:

  • Electrical wiring harnesses and components
     
  • Products for automotive vehicles (cars, SUVs, trucks, tractors, buses)
     
  • Electrical appliance components
     

3. Orders & Customization

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
     
  • Custom orders require detailed specifications. We are not liable for errors in customer-provided data.
     
  • A minimum deposit or full payment may be required before production begins.
     

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise agreed.
     
  • Prices may vary based on raw material costs and scope of work.
     
  • Payment methods include bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.
     
  • Invoices must be paid by the due date specified. Late payments may result in delivery delays.
     

5. Delivery and Shipping

  • Deliveries are made as per our Shipping Policy.
     
  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees unless contractually agreed.
     
  • Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch or pickup from our facility.
     

6. Returns & Refunds

  • All returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
     
  • Custom-built or used components are non-returnable unless defective.
     
  • Claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 7 days of receipt.
     

7. Warranty

  • Products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and conditions for a period determined per product line (details available on request).
     
  • Warranty excludes misuse, improper installation, or third-party tampering.
     

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, drawings, and technical data provided by us remain the intellectual property of NIJAB PAK MART unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services provided.
     
  • We are not responsible for indirect losses, including business interruption or loss of profits.
     

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all technical, commercial, and financial information strictly confidential unless required by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of District Kohat.

12. Amendments

NIJAB PAK MART reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting or formal notification.
